Kaolin Sauce Dish

The Kaolin sauce dish was crafted as an individual dipping container but also designed to visually link together for communal tastings. The modular shape encourages the layering of sauce profiles like vinegar, scallion oils, and soy sauces, each key to Asian cuisine. Each piece was made with care by an artisan workshop in Vermont, using a custom porcelain clay mix.
